Terms and Conditions for the Genuine Alaska Pollock Producers Kraken Ticket 2024 Instagram Giveaway
Promoter Information:
The promoter is Genuine Alaska Pollock Producers, located at 2200 Alaskan Way, Ste. 420, Seattle, WA 98121.
Eligibility:
The competition is open to residents of the United States who live within 250 miles of Climate Pledge Arena, aged 13 years or over, excluding employees of Genuine Alaska Pollock Producers, their close relatives, and anyone connected with the organization or judging of the competition.
Entry Requirements:
No entry fee or purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
Agreement to Terms:
By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Entry Route:
Entries must be submitted via Instagram at Instagram.com/Wildakpollock.
Number of Entries:
One entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be accepted if the extra entry requirement is fulfilled.
Competition Period:
The competition opens for entries on February 16th, 2024, and closes on March 8th, 2024. No entries will be permitted after this date.
Acceptance of Entries:
The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received for any reason.
How to Enter:
Entrants must like the giveaway post, follow @Wildakpollock on Instagram, and tag two friends in the comments. An optional step of sharing the post to the entrant's story is available for an additional entry.
Changes to the Competition:
Any changes to the competition will be communicated to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
Prize Accuracy:
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by third parties connected with this competition.
Prize Details:
The prize includes two tickets to the Seattle Kraken game on April 9th, 2024, in Section 7, valued at approximately $340 USD. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
Winner Selection:
Winners will be chosen at random using software from all eligible entries received. Verification is conducted by the Promoter and/or its agents.
The winner will be notified by direct message (DM) on Instagram and/or email within 28 days following the closing date of the giveaway. The winner will be contacted exclusively through the @Wildakpollock Instagram account.
If the winner cannot be reached or does not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, GAPP reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select an alternative winner.
GAPP will advise the winner on how and where the prize can be collected or when it will be delivered.
Decision Finality:
The decisions made by GAPP regarding all aspects of the giveaway are final. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into concerning the giveaway’s execution or the awarding of the prize.
Agreement to Terms and Conditions:
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, confirming their understanding and acceptance.
The giveaway and its accompanying terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
Publicity and Data Protection:
Any personal data relating to the winner or other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current U.S. data protection legislation. Such information will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
Entry into the giveaway will be considered as acceptance of the full terms and conditions.

Release of Liability:
By entering the giveaway, participants fully and unconditionally release the promoter, Seattle Hockey Partners LLC (Seattle Kraken), Seattle Arena Company, LLC (Climate Pledge Arena) and Instagram from (1) all claims for liability arising from or related to an entrant’s participation in the giveaway and (2) all claims related to a participant’s acceptance, receipt, possession, loss, and/or misuse of any entry or prize.”

Genuine Alaska Pollock Producers shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
Genuine Alaska Pollock Producers also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
