Simple Whole Wild Alaska Pollock

Skill Level: Easy - Medium

 

Ingredients

1 whole Wild Alaska Pollock, scaled 

2 TB olive oil

1 lemon, sliced into rounds

1/4 cup soy sauce

1.5" piece of ginger, grated

4 cloves garlic, minced or grated

salt

pepper

1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped, for serving

 

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 F (approx 220 c). Brush olive oil on a sheet tray or line with foil.

Mix olive oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Pat fish dry and rub with soy mixture.

Lay lemon rounds over top and roast in the oven for 20-22 minutes, or until fish is fork-tender.

Remove fish and squeeze on additional lemon juice. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro and serve!
