Rachel Mansfield's Easy Baked Bacon and Crab Dip
Ingredients:
- Bacon
- Cream cheese
- Mayo
- Hot sauce
- Plain yogurt
- Sea salt to taste
- Garlic cloves
- Scallions
- Cheddar cheese
- Wild Alaska Pollock Surimi Seafood (You may know this as imitation crab- but it's anything but imitation, it's real wild-caught Alaska Pollock)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Add cream cheese to a mixing bowl and beat until smooth
- Stir in mayo, yogurt garlic, green onion, hot sauce, salt, scallions and mix
- Add ¾ cup cheddar cheese and mix
- Fold in the bacon and the surimi seafood and mix all together
- Spread into a 9″ pie dish or similar size baking pan and sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until the top is golden (Broil for 1 minute or so)
- Serve warm, with crackers, bread or veggies or choice
