What is surimi?

Surimi is usually made from Wild Alaska Pollock, is packed with omega-3's, low in fat, and high in protein. Surimi is also an incredibly affordable protein option that is sustainably sourced.
 
High-quality Surimi is made from minced Wild Alaska Pollock. It was created by Japanese chefs more than 900 years ago and is still considered a delicacy in Japan today.
