Gorton's Fish Taco Dinner Board

Instructions:
• Gorton's Crispy Battered Fillets
• Cajun seasoning
• Tortillas - I love a mix of flour and corn
• Broccoli slaw
• Pickled cabbage (recipe below)
• Pickled red onions (recipe below & reel)
• Guacamole
• Salsa verde
• Fish taco sauce (recipe below)
• Pickled jalapenos
• Banana peppers
• Tomatoes
• Black olives
• Cilantro
• Limes
• Watermelon
• Watermelon radishes
Directions for Gorton's fillets: Season fish fillets with Cajun seasoning and cook in the air fryer following package instructions.
Pickled Cabbage & Onions
2 cups white vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
1tsp black pepper
2-3 minced garlic cloves
Red pepper flakes, optional
Directions for Pickled cabbage and onions: Bring vinegar to a boil, add seasonings, stir to combine and as soon as sugar and salt are dissolved - turn off heat. Pour liquid over julienned cabbage and onions - give it a stir and let cool. Store any leftovers in fridge. I also have a reel on this that you can watch!
Fish Taco Sauce
1 cup mayo
1/4 cup ketchup
4tbsp dill pickle relish
Splash of red wine vinegar
Salt/pepper
1tsp sugar
Onion powder/garlic powder
Smoked paprika
Dill
Hot sauce, optional
Directions to complete your fish taco board: Assemble everything onto a board using all your favorite toppings and you’re ready for fun dinner al fresco!
