Consumer Imitation Crab Final Report
GAPP worked in partnership with C+R Research firm to conduct a two-phase consumer research to measure consumer attitudes about surimi seafood and shed light on marketing opportunities for products. The research is part of a more than six-month project that included two phases of both quantitative and qualitative research measuring consumer attitudes, perceptions, and needs.
GAPP is now making the Full Report available, which contains all the information of the previously released presentation plus analyses of Hispanic (Bicultural and Unacculturated) and Asian imitation crab purchasers.
