Seafood Dimare Recipe
from American Seafoods
Ingredients:
- 8oz Surimi, flaked
- 1 Lbs Uncooked Spaghetti
- 3 Teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 Teaspoon lemon zest
- 16oz Marinara (Store-bought is fine)
- 3 Teaspoon Olive Oil
- 8oz Clam Juice
- 1/4 Cup White Wine
- 3 Tablespoon Chopped Basil
- 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
- Boil pasta until tender. Strain, rinse, set aside.
- In a large saucepan, add the marinara, clam juice, white wine, and Olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the lemon juice and zest to the pan, mixing well.
- Next, add the pasta, ensuring it is well coated with the sauce.
- Fold in basil and surimi, top with parmesan and serve.
