Seafood Dimare Recipe

from American Seafoods

 

Ingredients:
  • 8oz Surimi, flaked
  • 1 Lbs Uncooked Spaghetti
  • 3 Teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 Teaspoon lemon zest
  • 16oz Marinara (Store-bought is fine)
  • 3 Teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 8oz Clam Juice
  • 1/4 Cup White Wine
  • 3 Tablespoon Chopped Basil
  • 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan
  • Salt and Pepper

 

Instructions:
  1. Boil pasta until tender. Strain, rinse, set aside. 
  2. In a large saucepan, add the marinara, clam juice, white wine, and Olive oil. 
  3. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes. 
  4. Add the lemon juice and zest to the pan, mixing well. 
  5. Next, add the pasta, ensuring it is well coated with the sauce. 
  6. Fold in basil and surimi, top with parmesan and serve.
