Air Fried Fish Tostadas with Mango Salsa
Directions:
1. Cook your Gorton’s Beer Battered Fish Tenders in the air fryer at 400°F for 9 – 10 minutes, until reaching an internal temperature of 165°F or higher.
2. While the Gorton’s Seafood Beer Battered Fish Tenders are in the air fryer, prepare your mango salsa. Add mango, jalapeno, cilantro, lime, and red onion to a small bowl and mix until combined.
3. Place two Gorton’s Seafood Beer Battered Fish Tenders on a single tostada shell then top with a healthy scoop of your fresh mango salsa. Enjoy!

- 4 tostada shells
- 8 Gorton’s Beer Battered Fish Tenders
- 1 cup fresh mango, diced
- 1 small jalapeno (about 2 Tablespoons), diced
- 1 Tablespoon fresh cilantro, minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1-2 Tablespoons red onion, minced
- Salt to taste
